(But 132 is turn left to Tiong Bahru Rd towards Redhill Stn while 851 turn right to Tiong Bahru Rd towards Tiong Bahru Stn)

In fact should just deploy those 42 A95s according to svc demands.Can put 4 as spare.So far Amdep got 8 E500s too so total 51 DDs including SMB5898.

Svc 61:3 A95s replace 2 OCs and 1 O405Gs.

Svc 67:6 A95s replace 6 O405Gs.

Svc 167:2 A95s as fleet add.

Svc 851:4 A95s replace 2 O405Gs and 2 A22s.

Svc 854:10 A95s replace 4 O405Gs and 6 OCs.

Svc 961:2 A95s as fleet add.

Svc 969:10 A95s replace 5 O405Gs and 5 Citaros.

Svc 980:2 A95s for fleet add.

Svc 981:1 A95 replace 1 A22.

Svc 985:3 A95s replace 3 OCs.

Which part? Henderson already have 132 and 145 plying. Tiong Bahru road already has 64 and 5 plying.

So not sure there is a clearance issue for DDs.

You must take note that three axles vehicles turning radius isn't as sharp as two axles.

It is all speculation. It is a left turn from one big road to another, it is definitely not a sharp turn.

Also if there are trees on the turn, of course they can prune the trees. They did it for Henderson Road just to ply 3 DDs on 176 first and then 3 DDs were introduced on 145.

Likewise they did tree pruning in many areas.

851 for them is just not priority and hence they have not done anything and we are just speculating, it is the left turn.

From what I see from Google Map, it is the tree that is obstructing it.. Svc 132 & 145 is turning right from Tiong Bahru Road to Henderson Road have no issue as the tree isn't at its way but as for Svc 851, the tree is quite near hence I believe it is the root cause.

However, if Svc 851 wants to hv DDs, like mentioned, they can prune the tree...

in fact, was told 851 has only 1 bendy left

1113J and 1220H on 854 today.

Anyone else saw any supposedly 851 bendies on 851 or anywhere else?

SMRT totally messed up 851.

It forced long distance commuters on 851 to move to MRT instead because most times you won't get a seat on 851.

Now that there are so many DDs coming in, SMRT has bendies to offer 851, yet it won't and will force people to inconvenience.

This overall has reduced the loading on 851 over the years.
