Yes. With 4k, I dont think you can stay in condo's or private
aparments lke most expats does. But yes. with 4k you can stay in
singapore decently. You need to set aside abt 2k for expenditure.
Your transport, utilities bills, handphones, yada yada yada.
4k is a lot to local standard. But remind yourself, this is not
permanent. You still have to go back to your homeland. Can you save
enough with 4k?
