For the past few months, my neighbours upstairs have been
creating all sorts of loud noises nighty at around 10pm
onwards.(No, its not what u are thinking). Scraping dunno what,
pounding,jumping,scattering pebble like things, close/open door
non-stop and jumping forcefully. Every thing they do seem planned.
Every night the sequence ot the above activities is the same. The
worse part is the pounding,its so loud it is likehaving someone
stamping on your head. Tried calling police few times. One time the
police stood outside their house 2 observe while i waited at home.
To my shock they say hear nothing. 
Talked 2 them before, they say not them
