I try to distract myself by seeing tv with volume on louder. Sometimes they make noise i juz loudly laugh so they think i am not bothered and that i think they r idiots Very Happy

thats a saying that it is the metal rods in the ceiling walls contracting and expanding that is causing the noise....

I know all about that ... my left hand side neighbour is a redneck nutcase ... besides talking and yelling to himself and blasting his TV at all hours of the night, he rants about asians, blacks, scots, hungarians, ukrainians all the time ...... Confused
