anyway heres my take
1. u haf to do well in the computer test administered when u go to
cmpb for the med checkup. so dun jus click blindly.
2. u haf to be relatively fit and o cos, be pes a or b
3. u haf to be able to work as a team, and display leadership
qualities. tt said, pls be urself and not resort to wayanging cos
tt will only make u a pain in the a**. and ppl hate ppl who
NATO.
4. u haf to do relatively well in the situational test during
bmt
5. u haf to indicate ur interest in going to ocs to ur
instructors.
6. alot of things can be trained and learnt, even leadership. but u
mus at least haf the desire and the right frame of mind and
attitude, cos those r hard-wired and are unlikely to change. if
one's intention to become an officer is to njoy the privileges tt
come wif it, or the power, den the world will be a better place if
tt person remains a civilian.
