Aiya....as long as you've the determination n will to study
hard, it doesn't really matter if you're in Jc/Poly/ITE/Re-"O"...if
can make it to the Uni, then good for you...study hard...otherwise,
work hard and work smart....Good grade in academic doesn't means
that you can survive in the world better than those ppl having
lower academic grades....
Employers look upon your working attitude and thinkings(solutions)
and they do not want those "just tok-only solutions"...Like what ah
Mao said, "Don't care whether it's black cat or white cat, as long
as can catch rats is a good cat".
I've seen degree holders with honours, very good at "giving
solutions", but when asked to execute them, u can forget about
it.....You can see how they talk n present themselves during
interviews...
Would prefer to choose diploma graduates as their "asking prices"
are lower than degree holders....and of coz, there're diploma
graduates who talk"big" during degree holders, similar to some
degree hodlers which i've mentioned above...but then, as i've
mentioned again, their "asking prices" is lower and replacements
can be easily found...
Whichever papers you're holding, do well in your interview/s, and
produce what you've said during your interview/s and if hired,
perform yourself well becoz whatever "contributions/virtues/etc"
you've said, they'll be taken note of....and will be used to judge
against your performance....
All in all...fcuk care if you're a degree/poly/ITE/"A lvl"
graduate, most importantly is what you can give n contribute to the
company...and of coz, luck counts coz if your boss is a [email protected]#$%&
person...u also LPPL...
p/s: Above said are in general...those with super 1st class hons n
above could be involved too....but then...only a small
percentage...i don't have hard solid facts...just based on my
experiences..
