I feel that in JC, teamwork is very important cos the project
work they must present during A lvls.
the result u produce from is not based on individuality, it's
team-based.
some students keep slacking, n may be incorporative. resulting in
puttting other members on danger track on the PW grade. if in a
team, everyone slacks, what kind of results can they produce? will
anyone benefit? and what will they seek into? retake As? Go poly n
study other subjects?
Even in poly now, teamwork is still important. only difference is
everything they will be taught are foundation, general knowledge of
a specific programme they already took up. i guess in poly there
are more freedom, n ideas to bring into the projects, with the help
of practitioners in the sch.
In the society, we dun count 1 person as a whole to do work. we
need ideas, brains, and support amongst the team to plan well, to
do up a Good pRoposal. Even if u r working as a employer, u would
need to hv a good report of ur company's profile then others will
wan to work for u.
