alf6901 SG me also jump from singnet to starhub. knn singnet line always drop. call thier helpdesk always tell me to uninstall driver, change tel line etc etc.. knn b4 calling them already know what they gonna tell me to do
dakkon_blackblade SG I’m also using Singnet 512k broadband, with Aztech ADSL modem. Never had any issues with it though.

ShutterBug SG You know, with so many complains and connection issues, SingNet sure isn't doing anything to improve their service. What's the matter with them? Have they made enough money already? Or perhaps SingNet should leave internet access service to providers who can really PROVIDE, like Starhub.
FBI SG using singnet for almost ten years! U still remember teh days where there is only Singnet? no Starhub or watever? jus appreciate it la.. Heard my lecturer that in Australia they laid cable wires frm the ocean to other countries. THey often have connection problems and stuff like that. We have satellite leh! Jus wait for some time and it will recover soon. Singnet always like this
chenc SG For Starhub, you spent more and get good service For Singnet, you pay less but pay for problems
CPL SG I am using Singnet ADSL 512K...was using 256K before but complain like heck to their Sales Dept for fark up service etc..etc..until they upgrade me foc...and still gave me the goodies.. Bottom line, no use verbally screwing them - whack them in black & white good good.. By the way, I bought my own ADSL modem/router (Linksys) and my single 512K line is currently supporting 3 Pcs. A bit slow at times but manageable. Come July, will bang table again to upgrade to 1500/3500 foc since I am already paying 512K for $45 which is actually 1500K line.. Customer is always King - remember this!
