I am in Choa Chu Kang, not crowded, but definately not empty. I
have Starhub 10mbps and 800KB is only when i am using Azureus and
it only lasted for minutes before going back to 100.
When I download things from specially built Starhub server like
Maple Sea Game Client, I can get 300KB constantly.
What i am trying to say is slow download speed was not totally
caused by ISP. If u r downloading from a site with only a broadwith
of 10MB, dun ever expect to get more than 20Kb for you download
speed even if you are with some 200 bucks business plan.
