my problem is i tend
to steer in the opposite direction each time i tried to reverse
into the lot! i heard it's a common problem for new
drivers? initially i tried aligning it
perpendicular to the slot but made a mess of it when reversing.
tried yr method and it works. guess i need to practise more on the
steering part. funny though, driving on the road is no problem at
all. it's tis damn parking that is bothersome.
Hi There,
The solution to this problem is to place your your hand on the
passenger seat & turn back your head in order to look straight
into the rear of your car . Align your point of focus directly
behind the rear view mirror . If you keep looking at this direction
& make sure you don't look left or right - you will be able to
"tell" if you are reversing too much left of right .
The trick here is to trust this mtd totally . Many new drivers felt
insecure with focusing their view just at one point which is the
centre of the Car Boot.
Hope you understand what I am saying . Use the 45 Deg. with this
mtd shd be fine. One more tip , always park close to the car in the
lot ( the one you used an alignment ) I usually choose to park into
the right empty lot to a car on my left ( I am right handed ) this
mtd is suitable for right handed.
