Issues and problems will be there but surely with our resolve,
they can be resolved.
Both genders and foreign talents are useful in the NS &
economic sense. No one group should be marginalised.
What we need is not M=NS and F+W=E formulae but
F+W+M=NS and F+W+M=E.
As you can see, the NS load gets divided with the "others". When
you don't do that as in M=NS & F+W=E, one group labours and
suffers while the other groups reap and enjoy the economic
fruits.
