Firstly, are you using wireless? If you are not, it is not
supposed to be ticked. If yes, wait for the whole troubleshooting
process to be completed.
What's the error that you got? Re-sign in and wait for the error to
popup. Press Alt+Print Screen and copy it to any image editors.
