Sometimes if you are behind a company firewall they do blocking
of ports. ICQ, MSN, Yahoo etc uses some range of port number and
the bloody sys admin go block those ports so no matter how you
cannot go out lor.
Port 80 is usually used for normal web browsing and hence most sys
admin do not block. So to do chatting, use those online web chat
using port 80 lor
