basically, a Class 1 is the most powerful radio and can transmit further (100m). Class 2 is 10m, and Class 3 is 1m.

speed is dependent on implementation. BT 1.x is 723kbit/s, while BT 2.0 is 2.1Mbit/s.

But nothing to do with power consumption classifications of Bluetooth ah. Bluetooth only Class 1-3. No Class 4.

I think class only differs in their transmission and reception range. For example, class 1 bluetooth device transmission range is around 100m and class 2 or 3 is around 10m. The maximum data transfer rate is around 1 megabits per second if I’m not wrong, and will deteriorate with wifi interference.
