ya.. for 3months.. but don't you think all these kind of things
always have one direction? Like the transport fees hike?
Just cannot understand the rationale behind. Look at the profit
margin behind SP power, SMRT, ....etc..
go up 1.43 cents.. even they re-adjust it back down with 0.05 cents
after 3 months.. Ppl would still have to pay for the 1 cent extra.
Just add up the whole year of 2005, how much they have increased
and how much they have re-adjust back.. 
Our bills are getting more and more expensive.. earning is not
enough to pay the rich GLC.
