Wow lau, Got the COE but now still have to wait till the shipment to arrive in December. The issue is I haven't got the car of have the smell of it but the COE keeps dropping. This really torturing. From $70,500 to $65500.
Paid so much wait long long

Me will not be pai seh, recently saw the accessories column in the website of http://www.nissan.com.sg/ Just called that stupid salesperson to seek for better bargain so I dun feel so heartpain and her reply makes me mad.

She said has done alot for us liao. The drop of COE will only benefits the government and TC but not the consumer and her. We ask her to seek approval from TCM / her manager on our behalf but she keep saying NO No No. The reason she gave was TCM will not entertain to our request as we have already committed the package. Is that true?

My wife was so mad with her feel like changing another salesperson to handle.
Any opinion as we have committed to these salesperson at the first place, can we call in to TCM and ask for a change of salesperson. Seems like paying $$ but not feeling comfortable dealing with her and got to endure her till we get our car. very xian.

RoyCindy

Aiyoh no choice lah i also got it for around that price, since you bought it high, you should have gotten the COE right? maybe don't have to wait till Dec. Maybe can squeeze the SE for more freebies since the price dropped so much. Buay Paiseh Embarassed
ROYCINDY SG

Yeah, I agree UBi is better with SE cos I went to Ubi and Bukit Tiamh and can feel the treatment is different. I got that stupid SE from bukit timah so careful.
Some more Ubi got aircon while vewing the cars but BT is so stuffy only when you sit in their office to issue cheque then got better treatment. Evil or Very Mad

the BT SE who first served me was like not so interested at first also a bit stuck up and hard on pricing until he knew that i was serious, then kept calling me and i switched off his phone.

the Ubi SE i recommended is cos she's new and thus more eager to serve. she took my interest personally and tried best to satisfy. kept smsing me to update me on situation and COE, very thoughtful, even price high i also was willing.

i say no problem you can switch SE anytime.

ROYCINDY SG

The problem is we already sign the black and white, furthermore we already got the COE at $24198. Still possible to change SE now??? Confused

would not mind goin to the ubi branch but wat time u going on sat.

If timing match, probably i just go to Ubi branch instead of the BT one.
Hi gike,

Hehe, i can't go down to Ubi today liao...but look for Keith Chan if you do pop by there. Hope it's not his day off though.

Yeah i also agree that the SE at BT are duh in general, especially the female ones! They just stand there - stuck up and aloof, tsssk tssssssk! Rolling Eyes The SE at Ubi are a nicer lot in general Razz

Hope you have fun test-driving! See ya soon!

i just spotted a mango orange marchie with the SFM plate.. coming from Tiong Bahru Plaza, along Henderson Road, at about 9ish....driven by a lady driver, was that you, Addygal?

KamenRider SG

i think maybe not likely already lar, unless you can prove that the first SE really screwed up big time. her commission is like a fat piece of meat in the mouth, die die wont let go one.

Hi RoyCindy

Actually what she said also true, the COE benefits the garment. But she could have put it in more diplomatic manner and i don't think there is anything she can do with the price you've agreed on Sad I paid around the same price as you but my COE was about $4k more, so on paper worth a bit more. But if we were to drive for full 10 years then no diff. COE is a worthless piece of paper at the end of 10 years (at least that is what i feel).

maybe you wanna try to talk to their managers, if the managers also won't barge then have to 'submit to fate' What you can do is to ask for things like extra servicing or even better there is the service package of 4 servicing that costs $808 for K12 or petrol vouchers, of course that will not make up for your 'loss' but at least better than nothing. Mad As for changing of SE don't think that will make a diff.

Actually i felt that TCM SE are better than Borneo Motors. BM SE already bochap you before getting your business , cannot imagine what service they will provide after you sign.

Frankly, I've also see a deterioration of service at BT. When i was shopping for my car at BT early this year, the sales person will greet you immediately after you parked your car or when you approached the stairs. Afterwhich they will patiently explain to you and serve you. But recently when i go to the BT showroom with a friend, they bo chap, the SE looked more intimidating than friendly, maybe business has been too good as compared to beginning of the year. Or maybe BM SE joined TCM Razz So maybe Ubi still retains the 'friendliness'

Anyway don't be upset and don't let their customer service (or the lack of it) affect your enthusiasm and anticipation of driving a March. We could meet up after you got your ride and 'biTch' abt it and other things Wink .

speechie SG

Hi all,

were you the one at serangoon central?

BoringSilver SG

Have not been to serangoon central for some time. Do not think it is my car that you saw.

It is so nice to see a growing number of Nissan March on the road. Since I got my car close to sixteen months ago, been wondering why it has not been more popular. Does anyone notice that a lot of auntys and old men driving the new march?

KamenRider SG

old man i saw once (in green), anuties plenty (bean, orange), young women (orange, lavender, yellow) plenty, men not as many (silver, paprika, blue, green) .

yeah get to see more of them each day, it can brighten our roads, among the boring rest of the cars.
