Lower points would indicate a lower level of tune but once your
points go past 990k, your car is fully tuned and further points do
nothing unless you use it for parts change. Anyway I don't really
believe that the more points or higher level means that the car is
more super. It helps if your car is fully tuned but still it is
basically your skill. I have seen this middle aged man (about 45, I
think) using a RX always playing Myogi. His cornering speed is 199
and his points is about 150k, I can still see the tuning notice for
165k.
From this uncle, I think it would depend on how well you know the
car you are driving. There are a few other uncles I have seen
playing very well but they all seem to like the EVO series.
