ShutterBug SG I think the key words are: SPECIFIC RIGHTS and INDEFINITE advantages. SPECIFIC RIGHTS, are known and accustomed to or generally accepted and agreeable. While, INDEFINITE advantages are either ill-defnied, not defined, or has yet to be seen.
