To remove a spyware in memory, you need to start your computer
in Safe Mood.
Press and hold the F8 before you reach the Windows XP. If you are
using other Windows 2000, it will tell you when to press F8. If you
are using Windows 98, press and hold F8.
After Windows start, update your anti-spyware definitions first.
Scan your computer for spyware immediately. After scanning, you
will be told that the spyware will be removed. Those in memory will
be removed when your computer restarts.
If it doesn't work, write to the The Digital Life (part of Straits
