Actually i would think the reason that the fares are set that
way is because of the enforcement issue.It is quite impossible to
enforce students fares for poly students, because they do not wear
uniforms. ITE and JC kids wear uniforms, hence you can visibly
check their student status from glance.
That is the only feasible reason i can think which can cover the
fact that ITE students also get the student rates.
But all in all, i think let all students get student rates lah..the
gahmen can rob us blind when we all working by making us pay taxes
and keeping our money in the CPF.
