I did not write those as it is too tedious to explain it in words. I copied the document from coolrunning in Aussie webby. A execellent webby for long distance runners. Wink

btw do u jog regularly at bedok reservior? i am staying quite near that area and it would be great if we could jog together and i hope to get some tips from u.

I do jog at bedok reservior occassionally. If i do, most probably will be on saturday afternoon. Normally i will go for 2 loops of the reservior. There are other folks here that runs at Bedok Reservior which you might jio to run together too. Rolling Eyes

Occassionally i do organise jogging get together at Macritchie Reservior or some other locations(includes public runs), do check back for any updates from time to time.

i think a great inclusion to this topic would be the choice of shoes, although probably not in this thread since it is already like 10 odd pages long.

have seem so many shoe threads around. having another one, cant see much benefit from there. Maybe a thread on apparels could be useful with discussion on shoe, sock, cap, clothes, gear etc. Idea

Mi nt as pro as e rest of the member la.. i am trainning for my NS.. Basically jog abt 4-5km for abt 4 times a week.. Btw, is it bad for health to jog at 11+pm?

we are not pro...just leisure joggers nia. Wink

very good for someone doing 4-5km regularly before NS. It will give you a solid base when you enter NS.

hmmm...another owl jogging in the night. Mr. Green jogging at night dont pose health issue. there was a time, when i used to jog in the night regularly during my secondary school. jog until the lamps are off...around 1am...cant sleep wake up around 5am going jogging also.....

now, too much thing to do, late night and early morning are reserved for my beauty sleep. Laughing

haha.. my friend lied to mi.. he told mi bad for health.. but i onli hav free time after 11pm.. as i am working.. Sianz~! Is it advisable to attach weight to ur leg while jogging?
