Anyway... Now some market analysis say SMRT should not give up
retail, but rather have seperate team to run the rail and
retail...
Thing is... It drives profit for them, but most of the profit
ends up given off as dividend and not kept for future replacement
needs...
it's as good as no pt having retail.
