Fully paid my HDB, 3 kids are grown up and
finished University, wifey at home everyday play mahjong, 2
mistresses and 1 mattress (in case wife throw me out of the
room)
So, after 30 years, due to higher rental, now I drive i30 for
silver, cheap, good and due to smaller size, can reject ah neh with
many bags.

Today, if got young family to bring up, better dun drive
anything, you might not even get a chance to see your kids finish

If no family, no commitment, single and lazy type who do not
like superior on top one, can try driving, be it taxi or UG.
