What is your basic philosophy in Life?

last SG · 2007-07-20T14:26:01+00:00

That is pretty profound and is very useful. Unfortunately it is lacking and it does not answer the question, "What if other people do not play by this rule?"...

AndrewPKYap SG

How are you going to do that? Will you become a terrorist? Will your passion turn you into an evil doer yourself?

Ferret SG

why is that so ? Mr. Green

AndrewPKYap SG

r u goading boka to destroy them by calling them evil?

allentyb SG

I vaguely remembered that I saw a thread with you in the topic title and so I started to type

"with this kind of attitude, no wonder, I noticed, that you are very popular in sgforums... with a thread dedicated to you even... "

then I did the search to find THE THREAD and I had to change my post to "with this kind of attitude, no wonder, I noticed, that you are very popular in sgforums... with threads dedicated to you even... "

Looks like you have a philosophy of life that makes you very popular...

What was it again? hmmmmm

hmmmm sh!t I find it so hard to critique this.... hmmmmm

OK, but don't you find this type of existence "meaningless"?

AndrewPKYap SG

coincidence ah? first boka said:

then directly below that you said:

so wat am I supposed to think? (BTW boka edited his post to remove that line liaoz)

AndrewPKYap SG

Transferred from locked thread:

If you say "as a general principle" that might be acceptable... but two people can do the same thing for very different reasons and the reason can be valid (making the actions justifiable) or invalid (making the actions unjustifiable), no?

So if you criticize someone for doing something, you yourself can justifiably do exactly the same thing (for different reasons), no?

boka SG

Guild lines are good but because humans makes mistakes, some of the laws are flawed and i do not abide by flaws

AndrewPKYap SG

Your OWN LAWS will be perfect?

boka SG

More or less i believe.

We all know that the punishment most criminal faced are never heavy but yet still the law do not attempt to give them the deem desert.
When that does happen and one day i become a law enforcer,i'll make sure criminals experience torment before handing them over.

AndrewPKYap SG

OK you are a very scary person… I hope you seek proper counseling.

boka SG

I do not feel satisfied that criminals are lightly let off.

AndrewPKYap SG

You are not the only person in this world... so what you feel and what you think is not important.

What is important is what most people feel and think...

If everyone simply behaves according to what he feels and think is right, then society will be in chaos... ?

You have to face reality instead of behaving simply according to what you feel and think. People that lose touch with reality too much ends up in IMH.

boka SG

Save it.
I stand firm in my perception and no one can change that let alone an insignificant human.
I do hope to see the criminal justice system perfect.

AndrewPKYap SG

Then nothing else to discuss ... thanks for letting us know your perception. Much obliged.

Ferret SG
