Well being in Irvine, it's safe to stay but there's lesser
things to do as compared to the cities like SD/SF/LA... so although
I would say I enjoyed it thus far, I've been trying to find things
to do around my area (short of going out to the other cities).
What is the rough temperatures to expect in the spring/summer
period?
Summers are hot. Temps can go into the 100s (F). Spring is nice.
T-shirts and shorts weather. Just know that it's always fire season
here in SoCal.
How long have you been here? There's lots of shopping in Irvine.
You're very close to Knott's, Disney and other attractions. There's
one place you should check out in Anaheim - Medieval Knights. It's
a whole different dining experience.
