well who do you think COME HERE to check these webpages everyday? Monkeys or Ghosts or my Papa's friends and foes? They check in and out ..if they don't care they won't sent rebutter after rebutter saying WPs are so slow to reply..ire is NOT EXACTLY upon WPs..just here the Public cahts and forums reflects their approval ratings, they all cared and scaried stiif when the ratings drop down too low..the investors will all flee to India and China for safe refuge.. hhehehehehehhehehe! Evil or Very Mad Question Anyone diagreed?

Nobody may give weight to website postings, and leaders may not care about website's postings and rantings but they sure care about their approval ratings and the truths exposed by NKF and white-elephant cases and from approval ratings from the straw polls etc.

In the absence of assurate polls, Website postings is a somewhat close or rough reflection of the approval ratings of the population which the leaders are concerned with ...their powers and million dollars salaries at stake.

So carry on with your posts and give your views and opinions and whine and not be cowered by salmanisation into believing us to be push-overs.

Does the forum reflect the masses? Not by a long shot. Singaporeans are reasonable and sober people by nature. I think most people understand the need to work hard in order to build Singapore, not whine. Most of these whiners end up leaving and not building anyway.

These whiners think everything that is good must be pleasant. Well many things that are good for the whole of Singapore and for teh next generation are not pleasant today. If they don't understand that, then they have no business running Singapore.

After seeing the despicable lies and deliberate distortions that they are capable of, I'm glad they are not in power to deceive the masses and destroy Singapore.
I was thinking of voting opposition just two months ago. But after seeing the hatred and bigotry of the oppostion, it is definitely better and safer to vote PAP because I know Singapore can be destroyed with just 5 years of bad policies and politics in the midst of global competition

What kind of Government in a small Country of four millions where the road to political freedom to vote is often curtailed by the rulers? Democracy, or Meritocracy or whatever the majority of the people just miss every chance to vote at every election. They are all dying to vote but could never have the chance to vote. There are so many walkovers. The simple answer to tear up the GRCs ! GRCs really smell like yak, that has been, in any case was a PAP Garmen move to allow the original electorate districts manipulated into GRCs with the simple excuse the minority are not represented.. What is laughable is that such gerrymandering so-called in larger and old democracies is strictly forbidden, but in a quiet corner in this great Country the people had quietly condescended to allow the whole system to be foolhardily corrupted into unprecedented great walkover ! Singapore can never again be what a free Country as a freeborn Nation with a free born people. Today we are jailed in an ironclad MERITOCRACY found now..here on planet earth!
