Anxiety is a by-product of unconsciously comparing oneself to
others, to things, to ideas and hence the emotional stasis!
Also, the disliking of what one is, what one does, the wishing
and wanting and the conditioning of the past - all these
reconciled, accepted , acknowledged one may feel better if not
worse.
Jettisoning preconceptuals models of life - one is free. it is
the neurosis of projecting which is certainly incongruent to what
is , or reality that adds to the split within.
It is erroneous to assume that others, situations are causing
them. it is one's unaccpetance of oneself, one's comparing, one''s
conditioning. The more one is absent to one's ''self'' the more one
is open to life and living. The barrier is that of imposing the
'self'' onto the canvas of life and the wishing and ... that is the
undoing of many.
Self means - what i think of myself, what others
think of me, what
life was, what life ought to be, what success must be, what it was
... the list can be piled Himalayan - imagine the repercussive
....especially when all these are used to prop oneself up!
right. but i did not think that others are causing my anxiety. i
know it is due to my low self-esteem and i'm seeing a counsellor to
change my habits and thoughts. i cant help feeling embarrassed and
just wish to hide from ppl. zzz and i'm so afraid of offending
ppl.
