After seeing jurongresident's route
suggestion of a new bus svc to serve Biopolis/Mediapolis, I
went digging around google maps and found that bus bays have
actually been provisioned along some roads, including Fusionopolis
Way. They probably don't give a full picture of how new/amended bus
svc could be like (the bus bays only cover certain areas), but just
thought it's interesting to share.

In other words, there is already bus service 191 to the new
Mediacorp campus, which connects to one-north and Buona Vista MRT
Stations; There is no need for the new bus route I suggested, if
the only intention is to connect to the new Mediacorp campus.
Well, all the better. We can cut back the route to end at
Biopolis. When the route is already short and we shorten it
further, it means we can extend it to originate/terminate at
another bus interchange/terminal, besides Buona Vista Bus
Interchange. :)
