By the way, if your noticed, SBS7500D being the demo, had
SBS8031J kind of flooring.
SBS7502Z however got the flowery patterned flooring. Not sure
about SBS7501Z and others.
The production models look more European than the demo model...

As for the rear isle for the lower deck, if you compare to KMB
ones, I think SBST wants to cater for the design of the horizontal
facing seats, that's why they build a more uniformed stepped up
aisle. Look at KMB ones, the 2 rows are using vertical facing seats
which moves with the gradient along the rear wheels and thus able
to cater the stepless aisle, but it seems extra high up to move up
the rearmost seats...
