Bedok Int quite narrow, cramp and crowded in the sv32,33,25,7 standalone berths sector.. sv33 always have difficulties reversing out from the very end berth.. HBF roads wide ma..

Is it me or do anyone noticed that the bus park area where services 40, 9, 197 and 30 buses park is slightly wider (from the parking lot to the far end) than the area where services 33, 25, 608, 26, 32 and 7 buses park? Confused

Woo hoo! I just got back from Dubai..and was tickled to read the replies to the Bedok South Ave. 1 issue from more than a week ago. Too many to respond to individually, so I'll just point out the most hilarious one:

yeah.. u r rite.. its wider.. dont know why le.. the 33, 25, 608, 26, 32 and 7 area got a small field can extend a bit they dont want. the wide berths is becos, some services use the wider area to get to the saw-tooth berth alighting areas eg854. also used by 33, 25, 608, 26, 32 and 7 to leave bedok int.. thats why wider, else lang ga.

I’m taking Service 48 today. When I come back, I’ll give in my review. Warning: I’m a very tough critic. The route looks good, but if services are terrible, I’m giving it a red mark. Wish me luck!

48 loads are not too good now.

wish SBS cd do some advertising like

take 48 rather than 66. 66 and 48 runs almost paraell for some time along bt timah rd. go take NOW!

or
faster service from west to east. abeit not running fully to AYE but it still goes fast

still SBS ought to extend the service to clementi and cut back to bedok. we have poeple asking if 48 goes bedok (due to its number i think) poor driver has to say no

My review:

Frequency - 6 (Waiting for the bus alone was a killer, literally!)

Route - 8 (Innovative, but can be improved)

Journey Time - 9 (The best factor is its travelling time)

Fares - 8 (OK, OK)

Comfort - 8 (Yeah, it was OK. Safe perfomance)

Overall - 66 (out of 100)

And that's my review about Service 48.

the posters belong to JCDecaux or Adshel or ClearChannel, rented out by LTA.. so SBS dont really get any benefits.. those b/s along defu ave 1 is wasting the posters and stuff.. and its sill continued with the posters..

u should look at the loads form holland village on weekday afternoons. i dare say the loads are not too bad... but there was once i chartered the bus from holland village to dunearn rd at 4+pm. Laughing

Service 854 doesn't enter the interchange from New Upp Changi Rd, it uses Bedok North Ave 1 and Bedok North Dr.

Service 35 is the only one using that area to get to the saw-tooth berths area.
