Faith is different from Belief. Faith is Rooted Experience. Belief is Provisional Faith.
Belief is necessary in the beginning, without it, people will not trouble to seek God.
More Belief,however, is not enough. When people become satisfied with their beliefs, their religion becomes dogmatic and therefore, closed to further growth.
The True Custodians of religion are the saints and masters---those who commune with GOD. It is not enough to study the scriptures and become a DD (doctor of divinity)----or Doctor of delusion.

By Contrast, many saints have been illiterate. One who knows the truth in his soul, however, understands more than any theologians whose knowledge is derived from mere books and dry intellectual discourse.

Don't you know the priest or priests stay inside the church compound one? it is a bungalow .. you know .. one storey house.

just think lor .. the priest has to conduct mass like .. every day? I think is every noon and dinner on weekdays .. macross or honey can confirm? If stay outside so bloody inconvenient right?

Christianity is NOT a religion but a relationship with God. In life, there are two fathers. One is our physical father, the other is our spiritual Father. The reason Christianity is under religion category because it has to be under some category afterall right? So the authory has to put them under religion lo.

How are you going to nuture your marriage or dating period? By spending time with your lover, right!? We spend time to build up relationship with the One True God, who guard our spirit -- the one who can destroy the body and the spirit. Man can only destroy the body but not the spirit. Who should we be afraid of more?

which one you disagree with? Perhaps you can send them your queries to clarify lo. Some christians will agree with this, some with that but on the whole, we should be united and love one another in the name of Christ ma. Isn't the bible say so?

I use the word "should"! "Should" not equal "is"! We are living in a real world with people who sin. So yup, in the real world, the Christian world is not as united as it should be. BUT does it mean it is not united? No! You are only seeing thing superficially! Some christian communities are very united! Yes, I have seen it! It still depends on the leading pastors of the church lo.
Are you trying to hint at the different denominations? I have also known of different denominations having fellowship together! Though we may not be the same in interpretation of the bible, but we acknowledge each other as brother and sister in Christ!

Human being human, no matter how much you try to deny it, people use the bible or any resources at all to their advantage.

Just few weeks ago, this chap called fandango told the Catholics here he deny they are his Christians brothers and sisters... Laughing

Many mainstream Prostestant churches complain abt exodus of youths to charismatic church, which is growing in popularity. If they are praying to the same god, why they have such complaints?

In fact, you are seeing things superficially. Being seen close together does not cover the fact they have enough fundamental differences to split them into many denominations.
