Hello Whlteandnerdy! I have a curved spine too but I still managed to pass both SA and medical. I guess as long as your psychomotor skills are fine, should be no problem :)

May i ask when did you apply for the SO position and after how many weeks later did you receive a call for SA? Are we require to present our IPPT results for SA? Is IPPT used as a requirement for selection assessment?

From what i read for the threads, for the panel they will ask situational questions, given a scenario, how will you handle the situation etc...

i applied on 23/4, SA on 28/5.. no need ippt results.. but need pes status, ns cert and all other certs testimonials etc, original n duplicate..

Hi blazing drake, that's quite fast for you. I went for SA at the start of June but only recently just went for Dialogue. When was your Dialogue and how long did you wait for the psychologist call?

I'm still waiting for my results which will only be out in august and from there I can safely say I have grad hahah. Thanks for the positivity, but still, fingers crossed until I received the call :)

Hello there! Psychometric wise, it's a series of test, more of what you think you can infer from the statements provided if I'm not wrong.

AD wise, more of them asking more about myself and why I want/choose SPF as well as leadership roles I had previously.

well i believe u shld get an email for ur SA by the end of tis mth.. jus my guess..

psychometric is like what currysauce has mentioned.. a series of qns in different sections.. some timed, some untimed.. dun spend too much time tinking about the timed qns.. if in doubt jus move on.. skipping one qn is better than nt completing 10 qns.. there were some leadership qns too.. jus choose what u tink is right.. the untimed qns can be quite repetitive..

my dialogue was similar to what currysauce has mentioned, i din elaborate much and mine was pretty short..

dun recall any math or diagram reasoning qns..
