you really should consider those lumimi girdles and keep
yourself wrapped for some months, i didnt believe them at
first, but looking at my right hand and wrist...I have to say,
having your fats squeezed in a tight container slims down
everything.
Right hand, palm, is now so much smaller fro my left hand after
2 months in a cast.
