everyone knows that main road, bus stop or taxi stand hv high no
show situation, try to avoid, unless you know it is in high demand
like Vivo or after some holiday eve events.
Let talk about Condo, when pax call for cab, she is in her
house, if you said 10 minutes, she can wait awhile, do some make up
or other house hold, if you said 3 minutes, she hv to rush, if you
said 7 minutes, she also hv to rush abit, then after rushing down
cannot find the cab, naturally, will get a bit frustrated, then gum
gum one cab just drop a pax, and her time might be a minute faster,
so, off she goes.
In servicing industry which we TD are in, Taxis should be
waiting for pax in an On call situation, that is service, but many
TDs hv a wrong concept, they expect the pax to wait for them so as
to achieve a pick and go situation.
