By far Sin Ming is the most popular location. $4000++ for a bumper, headlights & labour is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Minor repairs like knocking out dents, try avoiding going back to the dealership. They over-quote prices...

i tink for the money we paid, we shd get a certain level of basic service. its not about paying peanuts or not. u had to experience it to know it.

i had, and i have enough for BM after sales. actions were taken but seems BM yet to change.

Of course the car is important, but wats more important is the after sales here we are talking abt.

Well, if my attitude towards the advisor is rude or wrong, but SO?! I'm their customer for goodness sake. Singapore is promoting GEMS rite?! Whatever happen to their service attitude? Dun they know the anxity and angriness when the owner doesnt get his car back in 1 week?!

Its' totally crap... TOYOTA VIOS will be my 1st and last car from toyota. Never again will I buy toyota cars even tot they are good. 1 experience is enough to spoil everything.

So, the kind of after sales attitude u will get = the kind of car you drive?

Guys from TOYOTA, pls do smthing abt ur attitude before u lose more customers.

We are all human, when we asking the status be polite. Even if u own a BMW, u should not be that arrogant.

Ever hear this 'Ppl will never slap a person with a smiling face'.

Anyway, just go down directly to the centre and enquiry the status if they really indeed no reply. But remember to be POLITE. If they didn't give u a feedback. ask for their mgr. insist of a deadline, i think everything should be 'xian li hou bing' got it?

You must really make held lot of noise at their show room....This is what my brother and me do when my mom bought a subaru and spolit after 3rd weeks, send for servicing more than 2 months....

Make a lot of noises, and they will confirm replace a temp car for you.........

Thats why die die dun buy from Borneo Motors.

Their business is so good, they dun give a damm to 'extra' customers. My dad was interested in getting an Altis a few last yr so we went to the Showroom an Leng Kee.

Bloody hell stand there for 20mins and no one came to serve us. They didnt even bother to come over explain that they r bz at the moment. We were so pissed my dad drove to Honda and bought a Civic. They are so stuck up.

Right now, I am in Toyota Service Centre, Ubi, servicing my car - an Altis.

The Malay guy who serves me is nice. The Chinese guy at the Lexus counter is very stuck up, fawns some customers and yells rudely at some over the phone.

The next time if I buy a Lexus, I better talk in a posh voice and dress ultra rich.

Haha guess their defination of shortly differ from yours. Actually to be honest with you, if they told me that, I wouldn't even wait around. Their cars are not that fantastic enough for me to take a queue number machiam like buying hello kitty, no offense to any Toyota owners.
