did u see the demand of 128? basically less than 20 paxes per trip after it pass bishan in the morning... off peak, pax can take the NS line....

same 518 got low loading except few time slot and very uni-direc loading.

Even numerous transfers will not take more than 20 minutes (which is the time wasted on DTL1 - 10 stops from Rochor to Jalan Besar!). Personally I know some people commuting between DTL2 and future DTL3, and they already complain about how windy DTL is. They would probably not prefer a direct route even when DTL3 is in operation.

DTL3 commuters are going to be disappointed. There is no direct transfer from DTL3 to prominent places such as Orchard and Bugis, and this hinders any progress in DTL rationalisation. Thus we may end up seeing most commuters transfer to buses at Jln Besar or Bencoolen instead.

If only Bencoolen and Bras Basah are virtual interchanges.

Three months down the road since DTL2 opening, not much movement. Seems that there's high chances of the routes staying as they are, for the time being.

The Bencoolen & Bras Basah as a virtual interchange seems possible unless they create at link pass between the two station.

I think commuters can alight at Bencoolen and walk slightly to The Cathay...

For Kaki Bukit station, dont touch any of those services. All of the 5 services along Kaki Bukit Ave 1 ply along Alkaff Mosque where passengers can transfer to services from there. Do note that each of the services going to Bedok/TAM are unique and therefore should never be amended

Some Bedok Reservoir Rd services can be diverted to Jln Damai, Kaki Bukit Ave 1 and Jln Tenaga. In this way no bus stops will be skipped and the only drawback is 5 mins of additional traveling time. 228 does seem like a good choice.

And since when is 58 serving Ubi MRT? It plies Ubi Ave 3 when Ubi MRT is at Ubi Ave 2...

I am referring to the fact that if a bus service serves the entire Ubi area and connects with other areas, 58 wouod have an indirect link to Ubi MRT.

Though I wonder if 60 can do the same. Might want to include 8 & 21 too, but has to be analysed carefully

If 67 can touch why not 66?The objective is to halved those long winding routes.Bndep 66 can carry on with the amended route(loop at Rochor Canal) while a new service looping at Rochor Canal from J East.

518 weekend loading not bad... In fact it could get too good sometimes...

518 highest loading is during weekday peak hours and also Saturdays,Sundays so so la..But dont be suprised to see fully seated Citaros after 9.30am too.The service can sustain le else you will see LTA withdrawn long time ago..You know some commuters they prefer to pay extra to take express which guranteed them seats and also bus stop skippings.In fact i support if LTA make 513 full day service..I dont really mind the 18-25 mins off peak freq too.

Geylang Bahru: It will defeat the purpose. Bus service along the expressway is faster mode.

Kaki Bukit: Re-do everything, such as the bus stop reinstatement to provide connectivity.

Bedok Reservoir: Within walking distance.

Tampines West: Within walking distance to Temasek Poly/Tampines GreenTerrace. Resolved everything.

Tampines East: Within walking distance of any service. No need a change.
